The shipping details for each individual product is mentioned on the product detail page. Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details section on your cart page.
All our products are shipped out between 1 - 3 working days depending on the products. In situations beyond ZAP Bath Fittings control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, ZAP Bath Fittings will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.
For orders above Rs. 1000, the shipping is free.
For orders below Rs. 1000, a shipping charge of Rs. 75 is applicable per order.
Cash On Delivery:
- To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD
- You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery
- If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order
- No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method
- How do I know if my area is serviceable for C.O.D or not?
We ship across India with COD available on most PIN codes. However, due to local disturbances, our courier partners may block certain PIN codes temporarily. If the PIN code you enter during checkout is non serviceable, our system will give you an error message letting you know - after which you can always decide to ship your order to an alternative address.
