Shipping Duration:

The shipping details for each individual product is mentioned on the product detail page. Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details section on your cart page.

All our products are shipped out between 1 - 3 working days depending on the products. In situations beyond ZAP Bath Fittings control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, ZAP Bath Fittings will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

Shipping Charges:

For orders above Rs. 1000, the shipping is free.

For orders below Rs. 1000, a shipping charge of Rs. 75 is applicable per order.

Cash On Delivery:

• To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD
• You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery
• If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order
• No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method
• How do I know if my area is serviceable for C.O.D or not?

We ship across India with COD available on most PIN codes. However, due to local disturbances, our courier partners may block certain PIN codes temporarily. If the PIN code you enter during checkout is non serviceable, our system will give you an error message letting you know - after which you can always decide to ship your order to an alternative address.

ZAP Bath Fittings has a no questions asked return policy. We might request you to share an image of your product's. For your order to qualify as a return or exchange:

• You must raise a return request by emailing us on care@zapbathfittings.com within 7 days of receipt of your order
• Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with
• Product must be in perfect condition
• Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality
• Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products in the form of store credit. Please note the shipping charge of Rs. 75 where applicable will not be refunded
• For prepaid orders, in case of order cancellations or orders that go to abandoned cart, refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days
• Once you have requested for a return/ exchange the product will be collected within 7 working days
• If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit

Cancellations:

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

ZAP Bath Fittings reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
